These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.life.meetbon.com (the "Site"), our chat widget, and our text messaging program, operated by Bon Ventures LLC ("Bon Ventures," "Bon Life," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our service
Bon Life provides free educational information about life insurance and, at your request, connects you with independent, licensed insurance agents. Bon Ventures LLC is not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer. We do not sell, underwrite, issue, or bind insurance, and we do not guarantee that you will be offered coverage or any particular rate.
2. Not advice
Content on the Site is general and educational. It is not insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. Coverage terms, premiums, and eligibility are set by insurance carriers and depend on underwriting. Not all products are available in all states.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.
4. Information you provide
You agree that information you give us is accurate and that any phone number you provide belongs to you or you are authorized to use it. If you ask to be connected with an agent, you authorize us to share your information with that agent as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. SMS messaging terms
- Program: Bon Life (Bon Ventures LLC).
- How you opt in: after you engage with our chat widget, our team separately asks whether you want to receive texts. You opt in only by agreeing to that request.
- Messages: replies to your life insurance inquiry, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups about coverage you asked about. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, call +1 (947) 529-1817, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Third-party agents
Agents we connect you with are independent and are not our employees. They are responsible for their own advice, quotes, and products. Any policy you buy is a contract between you and the insurance carrier.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information or someone else's phone number without permission, interfere with the Site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by Bon Ventures LLC and protected by law. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bon Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any product or service provided by a third-party agent or carrier.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bon Ventures LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
