This Privacy Policy explains how Bon Ventures LLC ("Bon Ventures," "Bon Life," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.life.meetbon.com (the "Site"), use our chat widget, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.
1. Who we are
Bon Life is the life insurance service of Bon Ventures LLC, 4731 Arline Drive, West Bloomfield, MI 48323, US. We provide educational information about life insurance and, at your request, connect you with independent, licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company or insurance agency.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Through our chat widget or when you contact us, you may provide:
- Name, phone number, email address, and state or ZIP code
- Age or date of birth
- The type and amount of coverage you are interested in
- Tobacco use and general health information you choose to share to help an agent understand your options
You decide what to share. Sharing health details is never required to receive educational information from us.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information

4. How we share your information
Licensed insurance agents. If you ask to be connected with an agent, we share the contact details and coverage information you provided with an independent, licensed insurance agent or agency so they can contact you about quotes and options. We may receive compensation from these partners. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Service providers. We use vendors that help us run the Site, our chat and messaging tools, and our customer records. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
After you engage with our chat widget, our team will separately ask whether you want to receive text messages from Bon Life (Bon Ventures LLC). If you opt in, you may receive recurring automated or manual messages about your life insurance inquiry, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups about the coverage you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Your SMS opt-in and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own text marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site and chat working and to understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain records of consent and opt-outs, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

Information already shared with an agent at your request is held by that agent; contact them directly to exercise rights over their copy.
10. Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
